Renner and Evans call Black Widow a "Slut," and Why That's Not a Joke

The internet is pretty upset today, at two of its heroes, and I think it'd be good to have a brief discussion as to why. As you may have heard, an interview was released this morning with Chris Evans and Jeremy Renner. The interviewer asked a sorta softball question about "shipping," and how the boys felt about Black Widow being paired up with Bruce Banner, instead of either of the two of their characters. Renner responded with a joke, which you can see in the full clip after the jump.

First Trailer for SyFy's Badass Bounty Hunter Series Killjoys

The Syfy channel, after so many years of floundering, may finally be on the verge of turning things around. We've seen our first look at The Expanse, their adaptation of the James S. A. Corey novels, and now we get a look at some lighter fare: the Space Bounty Hunter series Killjoys.

Created by the producing team behind Orphan Black, and the creator of Lost Girl, and starring Hannah John-Kamen (Dark Souls 2), Aaron Ashmore (Warehouse 13) and Luke McFarlane (Brothers and Sisters), the series follows the Killjoys, a group of bounty hunters tracking wanted men and women through "The Quad." DC Eyeing Teamup Series at the CW

Deadline is reporting that the CW and Warner Bros. Television are in development of another spinoff in the Arrow and Flash universe. The idea behind the project seems to be a superhero team-up show in the vein of The Brave and the Bold (the comics version, not the awesome-but-silly Batman cartoon). Announced to star were series veterans Brandon Routh (The Atom), Victor Garber (Firestorm) Wentworth Miller (Captain Cold), and Caity Lotz (Black Canary).

Assassin's Creed Unity, and the Difficulty of Modern Franchises

Video games have evolved as the art form has demanded. From one off games came franchises that rose and fell. For a franchise to succeed, it has to constantly keep up with current technology, add new features, but still stay true to what makes the franchise work. Some games like Super Mario, Mass Effect, Grand Theft Auto, and Legend of Zelda constantly put out high quality games that tend to receive rave reviews. This is rare and difficult to maintain; Bioware has had its struggles with Dragon Age, Activision and its various Call of Duty developers have had troubles of their own, and now it seems that Ubisoft is having trouble with its flagship title Assassin’s Creed.

Marvel's Movie Schedule through 2019 revealed!

Marvel Studios, the folks behind the monster hits The Avengers and Guardians of the Galaxy, had a special press event today to announce something "secret." Speculation ranged from announcing actors in specific films to announcing their entire slate for the next few years. Well, it turns out...they did all of that.
