The Ace of Geeks vs Found in the Alley - Movie Draft Super War Update 5

This image might as well be Bumblebee flipping the AoG off.

After weeks of stalemates and disappointments, the Movie Draft Super War is starting to finally heat up. The universally-reviled, Michael Bay directed, Transformers 4: Please Like Us We've Got a New Lead This Time, was released. Was it enough to change the face of the game? Hit the jump to find out.
As always, check out previous updates here: (1234), and for all the rules of the game and the consequences of failure, check out the podcast that started it all.

Robert Fulkerson - Found in the Alley - 163,442,847
While the rest of us had our fingers crossed in the hopes that the new Transformers wouldn't make that much money, Robert was smart enough to double down and get his hands on it. His reward, this week, was a cool $100 million domestic gross. With many more movies still on his plate, Robert's long game strategy is definitely paying off.

Ryan Burton - Found in the Alley - 238,656,515
Ryan has been dealt a series of disappointment - Maleficent, A Million Ways to Die in the West - and a series of successes in films like 22 Jump Street. Even disappointments add to his growing total, and with films like the Expendables 3 coming, there doesn't seem to be any reason for him to not hope for complete victory over his co-host.

Mike Fatum - The Ace of Geeks - 171,221,713
Mike's game seems to have ended with the disappointing release of How to Train Your Dragon 2, which needed to do about a billion and a half dollars to keep him in the game. His only remaining movies are the new Step Up and the raunchy comedy Sex Tape, neither of which are likely to do massive opening weekend numbers.

Jarys Maragopoulos - The Ace of Geeks - 184,692,989
Jarys has balanced some silly decisions, like the limited release Only Lovers Left Alive, with some great ones like Godzilla and X-men: Days of Future Past. Now he rides out the summer with not-huge releases like Hercules and The Giver. Can his slate of films save the Ace of Geeks from the Found in the Alley onslaught?

The Ace of Geeks Total - 355,914,702
Found in the Alley Total - 402,099,362
Found in the Alley has at last surged ahead, by fifty million dollars. It's not that small of a gap to close, but can the Ace of Geeks do it with the relatively weak slate of films they have left? We shall see. Tune in right here for more!
